Locations: Downtown- 343 S. 5th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104 Pittsfield Branch- 2359 Oak Valley Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 Malletts Creek Branch- 3090 E. Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 Traverwood Branch- 3333 Traverwood Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 Description: Three-year contract for Lawn and Snow removal at (4) different AADL locations. Landscape maintenance is NOT included. Scope of work includes: Lawn Maintenance, all locations Snow removal, all locations. Separate pricing will need to be provided for each AADL location. Site visits are not required but are strongly encouraged.
