BEACHWOOD, OH — A Beachwood-based student won a scholarship in the second round of Ohio Vax-2-School lottery drawings. Kylie Schlanger claimed a $10,000 scholarship through the program. To qualify, students ages 5 to 25 had to prove they had received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Additional drawings will be held throughout this week, with additional $10,000 scholarship winners being announced each day. Grand prize winners, of $100,000 scholarships, will be selected on Friday and announced at 7:29 p.m. during the Ohio Lottery broadcast. Live in Beachwood?
