You’ll be held in a safe & compassionate web of love and guided within to release the old story that’s been holding you back from reaching your highest potential based on the profound work of the “Choose Again” process. You’ll learn how to harness and live in alignment with the energy present each season supporting you to live in harmony and in connection to the natural rhythms of life. Over the course of the year, you’ll be bathed in healing vibrations, the power of sound from various healing instruments, reiki, energy medicine, crystals, nature, Mama Fish Botanicals and guided through meditation, Spirit journey, movement/dance, art, journaling, community, connection and so much more. You’ll take home some beautiful gifts and knowledge to support you and your empowerment through the season. We’ll be gathering four times over the next year at each seasonal threshold to harness the energy of each season. Spring Equinox - March 21, 2020 at 12pm - 4pm Air Element - The Heart Chakra - New growth You’ll begin your journey at the Spring Equinox leaning into your heart, into the rhythmic breath of Air to clear and make space within to welcome in new life with an open heart. Air ushers in the possibility of creation, inspiration and holds the spark of new life. Summer Solstice - June 20, 2020 at 12pm-4pm Fire Element - The Solar Plexus - Access your Power In the Summer you’ll connect to the Sacred Fire to stoke your inner fire, accessing your strength and power Autumn Equinox - September 20, 2020 Water Element - The Sacral - The Harvest During the Fall Equinox, we’ll dive into the healing and cleansing waters to surrender, release and harvest the bounty of the season.
