Dozens of homes to be framed. Must possess concrete or framing experience. Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed. Cut and shape material according to measurements. Install windows, doors, and cabinets level, square, and plumb. Cut and install finish trim. Must have excellent attention to detail, good customer service skills, solid communication skills and must work well with others. Must work safely and efficiently. Minimum Skills or Experience: Concrete Mason or Framing Experience Effective organization skills Ability to multi-task and work in a high pace environment Self-motivator Have valid drivers license and dependable transportation Ability to cut in a custom roof Finish carpentry experience is a plus This job is available for winter work or full-time work on the Big Island of Hawaii.
