All I want for Christmas is my heat turned on. But I live in a HUD facility that keeps me locked out of my furnace. For 3 months I have asked management to allow me to light the pilot on my furnace, or deal with it themselves. I have repeatedly been ignored. I have called HUD and the Housing Authority with little to no answers and obviously no help. Considering management won't even pull out the papers for my renewal I'm sure me and my son won't have a place to live soon anyway. Just in time for winter! I honestly don't even expect anyone to care at this point... I just don't what else to do.
