Established Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a SKILLED CARPENTER and GENERAL LABORERS on an individual contractor basis. We offer steady year-round work and we pay EVERY Friday! CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! The ideal candidate will have skills in all of the following areas: - Framing - Trim Work - General Construction Knowledge - Plumbing *Must be dependable and trustworthy, have an excellent work ethic, the ability to work independently, and know what is required to bring a job to completion. *The ideal candidate will ALSO have a valid driver's license AND their own transportation AND their own tools.
