Attractive Bartender gets $280.00 min guarantee

We are looking for a friendly, attractive female bartender to serve at an upscale Holiday Party event at a luxury home in Laguna Beach. The event date is Saturday, December 11th, 2021. You will be preparing several different mixed drinks, as well as beer, wine, and juices. COMPENSATION: You will be paid a Base Pay, plus unlimited Tips. Your base pay will be a flat rate of $180.00, which comes out to just over $27.50/hr. You will also have a Tip Jar with unlimited Tips, plus a minimum guarantee of $100.00 or more. Your tips are not pooled or shared, so you keep all of the tip money that you earn (and you will be the only bartender there.) Your guaranteed minimum take-home pay will be $280.00, plus food and beverage. Bartender Arrival: 3:45PM prep work and setup 1st Drink Served: 4:30PM Last Drink Served: 10:00PM with option to extend Bartender Departure: 10:15PM cleanup of entire bar area Qualifications: • MUST have verifiable bartender experience. • Must have your own Bartender Kit of bar tools • Attractive, thin or athletic build. 5’ 4” or taller preferred. • Must be reliable and prompt. • Intelligent and friendly, with a good vocabulary. • The client has specified an age range of 22 to about 36 years old. • Long hair not required, but viewed favorably in the selection process.
