Description
We are a small but busy family-owned service/construction business. We are seeking a Warehouse & Scheduling Assistant to help with a variety of tasks from staging material for installation jobs, managing inventory, scheduling heavy equipment deliveries, dispatching technicians, maintaining the warehouse and assisting with counter sales and customer service. Seeking a candidate with a great work ethic to grow with our company into the area of scheduling, project management and/or sales. Full benefits package after successful introductory period; health insurance, vacation, 401k. Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm.
• Local delivery of product and parts.
• Maintains truck fleet by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and warehouse neat.
• Clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Check orders/products
• Offload orders/products
• Assist in ordering new products
• Assist technicians on installations as needed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be able to read & write English
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Forklift Certification within 120 days of job entry date.
• Valid/clean CA Drivers license
