Lockout Share in Noho

Hello, I'm looking for someone to share my lockout located in Noho/Burbank. Looking for a drummer, guitarist, bassist, or other musicians who need a couple of hours a week(2x5hr sessions/negotiable) for rehearsal and/or a place to store their gear. Your share will be $300-400 a month(negotiable) depending on your needs. The room currently has a desk with outboard gear, monitors, guitars, synths, amps, couch, mini-fridge, PA system, Mics, etc. You are also welcome to use my gear as long as you take care of it.
