I have a music rehearsal room available for rent during the hours of 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday with occasional hours available on Saturdays and lots of availability on Sundays. This is a shared community space for a $50 hourly rental rate - this is not a private lockout space. All equipment is included with the exception of your guitars and bass. The space also includes a bathroom, couch, WiFi, mini fridge, and other amenities to make your band practice feel safe, creative, cozy, and productive. The Space is a collective run by local business, Femme Rock (LGBTQ+ friendly). Femme Rock is a music school in Austin, Texas, where women and nonbinary adults ages 21+ can learn how to play instruments in a band on stage.
