We're sad to say it, but we are rehoming our 35 pound, 7 year old border collie, Kira. Her greatest loves in life are fetch and food, but she is not adjusting well to our very young child. While she is an incredibly smart and loving dog when it comes to adult humans, she is nervous around children. She will tolerate other dogs after getting to know them (but she would be happiest in a home without other animals or children). We will insist that anyone showing interest has experience with border collies and a lifestyle that can provide Kira with the exercise and training she needs.
