ElderSpan Management is a family owned company providing exceptional senior living options to seven different locations in Southern Wisconsin. This position provides maintenance support to our sites. Along with general maintenance, repairs and improvement projects, the Maintenance Tech is also responsible for occasional driving responsibilities for resident outings. Other tasks may include inspections and repairs to electric, plumbing, lighting, hardware, TV, locks and safety systems.
