Establish Rock Cover band revamping. Guitarists, Bass, Lead vox needed

After a long break, it's time to get back to gigging and I(pro drummer) am "putting the band back together" And seeking experienced, stage ready musicians to start gigging in Spring. The first show is BRATFEST so we need to have a set ready by then, and about 3 hours of material total. I have set lists of 90s/ 2000s mainstream top hits that are stage proven to be a blast to play, and for the people to enjoy. Not too heavy, Not too light. Full production company with amazing sound & lights for our shows. Full marketing plan and management, sponsors etc in place. Just need you. With over 30 years and a college level education in drums, I have over 800 shows under my belt. As a promoter, I have shows and festivals based in Madison, Milwaukee, Fox Valley and Northern IL. If you're looking to get rich, this isn't the gig. If you're looking to get paid, it is but after production costs. I'm looking for: lead vox with pipes and frontman abilities. Please have good pitch, key, timing and memorization skills. You MUST have the ability to work a crowd. guitars a plus Lead guitarist. Pro gear, multiple guitars for tunings, effects etc. Shredders welcome. Backing vox a plus. Bass player. Pro gear, multiple guitars for tunings, solid timing and meter. Lock in with me and let's grooooove... Backing vox(you guest it) a plus. Possibly second guitarist for rhythms and or to share leads, harmonies, etc. Located on Madison's far eastside, I have a full in house rehearsal space with Amps, PA drums etc. Plug in and play. Seeking those 30+ and stage experience is a must. Check your EGO at the door, and no bad habits. This isn't a drink and jam in the basement to escape the wife. If you need to be under the influence, do it elsewhere please. This is pro level gig so have your s*#t together. I've wrote this out so we can shave time off of initial conversations.
