Must have your own tools and be able to pass a background check. We are a local staffing company that works in the apartment industry and we have internal, good paying positions that are not posted anywhere for qualified candidates. Permanent positions pay between $22-$28/hour plus benefits and bonuses depending on experience and more experienced techs make $26 + per hour plus benefits/bonuses.
