We are a large scale fix and flip company, and we need a specific solution for storing renovation materials. We have looked into self storage units, but they seem to come with too many logistical issues. We'd like to partner with a reliable homeowner who has a property that can accommodate our needs. We need someone we can rely on and trust. If we find this person (who also has the right property), this will be a great passive income source for them. Property we're looking for: - Located in one of the main 15-20 metro ATL counties. - Private lot with at least 2 acres (preferably more). - Has a flat section of land where a 30x40' metal garage can be installed, and is accessible enough for a standard box truck to access. Homeowner we're looking for: - Trustworthy and reliable. We need to feel very confident in you. - You're retired, or you work from home. - You protect your property. - You take pride in your responsibilities. You'll be responsible for receiving material deliveries at your address, and making sure they get stored in the metal garage. Both of these things will be necessary. Past that there will be PLENTY more opportunity for active involvement if you'd like. Garage organization, tracking and overseeing inventory, prepping orders for pickup, or even transporting materials out to the houses yourself. It will be up to you whether you want to be involved in these things or not. At the end of the day we're looking for a long term partner. The setup required for this would not be worth our time or financial investment otherwise.
