Sterling Management Group is seeking a full-time and reliable individual to join our Maintenance Team! As a Maintenance Technician, you will work as part of the maintenance team completing maintenance repair requests, exterior work, unit turns and inspections. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance repair requests Install/repair sheetrock Appliance repair Exterior maintenance Basic plumbing Basic electrical Carpentry Landscaping Inspecting units and ordering parts to prepare for turns Flooring repair Handyman Work Identify and order parts needed for repairs Basic computers skills, desktop and tablet Qualifications and Skills of Maintenance Technician: Minimum of two years' experience in this or related field (building maintenance, construction, remodeling, etc.) Personal tools for use on job site Basic computer/smart phone skills Verbal and written English communication skills Must be able to climb stairs, walk long distances repeatedly, and lift 80 pounds (more with dolly) Current, valid driver’s license with clean driving record for the past 3 years Must own dependable transportation
