HELP! A woman named Spring took my Chihuahua!!

Help! My dog was about 200 yards from my home and a woman named spring in a white van with lettering on the side and some other dogs including a Chihuahua in the van the van also had a separator type cage thing in it. She was camping in Bend Oregon off of China Hat Road couple of weekends ago and the man that saw her with my dog said that her name is Spring and that she lives in Eugene Oregon and was in Bend doing some work or something maybe she owns a business, I’m not sure. My dog is an older, brown Chihuahua, male, his name is Tom. I am heartbroken and want him back. If anybody knows this woman or has seen anybody with a new Chihuahua. Please contact me. Thank you!
