The candidate for this job, will be in charge of cleaning and maintaining the common areas such as lobby, bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room.
Keep streets free of trash.
Maintain lots free of weeds.
Help with special projects when needed.
Perform minor repairs.
Maintaining records of daily work and inspections done in premises.
Must have reliable transportation and valid D. L.
Regular attendance and punctuality are vital attributes for all employees.
