we are looking for a painter with minimum of 2 years experience must be able to move furniture or cover up prep walls texture if necessary must have own tools these are motel rooms and each room has a bedroom and a bathroom apx.size of room is 200 sq.ft price is labor per room and can be negotiated rooms will take 4 colors ceilings,trim, baseboards must be cut in and have clean lines will take a minimum of two coats and sometimes three must show up every day and work a minimum of 6 days per week and 8 hours per day to complete project (45 rooms) no drinking on the job and you must be courteous of guests in adjacent rooms please text only to set up an appointment mickey 209-445-5824 i will text or call back if your good we will let you do all the rooms and we will also need exterior painted as well as other local properties
