Country View Management is looking for a jack of all trades to perform various jobs at all the rental properties. You should have your own tools and will get a 1099 at the end of the year. Work is sporadic, so would be ideal for someone who is retired or on social security. Examples of work includes: installing carpet, repairing walls, small electrical and plumbing, replacing doors, repairing decks, porches, windows, siding, etc. You set price per job.
