We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team! The Rehab Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a Rehab Crew and providing expert skills in renovating vacant units between tenants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Overseeing Rehab Crew Team and working together to: Prepare units for move in Perform minor plumbing repairs Perform basic electric repairs Perform minor heating repairs Cosmetic repairs which will include plaster, painting, etc. Communicate effectively with tenants, management and staff Managing documentation of work completed Performing other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Minimum two years' experience in maintenance field Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Must have tools to complete tasks outlined above Must have good communication skills Must be able to work both alone and as part of a team Must be able to think on your feet and apply troubleshooting techniques Pay: based on qualifications If interested, please email [email protected] for an application.
