Description

We need an individual, who has reliable transportation, to drive to 7 properties to pick up trash and perform a variety of duties; painting, maintenance duties, etc. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Qualified candidates must have prior janitorial maintenance experience, must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation, must be hard-working, must be able to work independently, and must be dependable.
