Contractors need to be experienced with most aspects of home renovations and attentive to detail as well as quality. We use photos to document all work completed. Experience with PPW (property preservation wizard) is preferred as this the system we use to upload photos as well as provide bids on intial visits to a property. If applicant has no experience with PPW, applicant must be moderately tech savvy so the training process can be completed as quickly as possible. Turn around times on work orders are fairly short with this client as they are wanting houses to be move-in ready on a date specified when we are issued the work order. Applicant must be equipped and staffed to meet these deadlines. Reliable trasportation and equipment are required.
