Customer Service Award Winning Boutique hotel seeking a maintenance worker to join our fabulous team. This is a small, but busy hotel and it's an older building so we encounter the expected maintenance issues associated with that fact. The ideal candidate must be able to provide a high level of customer service for our guests, both internal and external. Must be able to troubleshoot routine issues such as wall unit A/C systems, TVs, minor plumbing issues. Must be able to paint properly, install baseboards, maintain swimming pool chemical levels, maintain swimming pool temperature, carry luggage to and from guest rooms. Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, and lift. Must have drivers license and be insurable on our vehicle insurance. At times, be required to drive our small shuttle short distances. Reports to Assistant General Manager. Job Type: Full-time
