Hey Folks, I own a house and garage that I want to use for indie filmmaking (for my own films and to rent to other productions). The place is in disrepair and I need help getting it into shape. Roof work, new doors, new windows, electrical repairs, and sound proofing. I'd like to find some local filmmakers or other creative artists with construction experience willing to barter their time and skills in exchange for use of my property. For every hour of construction help you provide, you'd get 4 hours to use the property for your own productions.
