To often police are hamstring from preventing them from doing their jobs. Even after making a arrest the criminal will be released the very next day to walk the streets. Nothing learned here except that they will be a repeat offender. That's why we have career criminals breaking the laws. Donald Trump announced that he would be a law and order president and the liberals hated that. During the riots people that were arrested (BLM and Antifa) were bailed out by Kalama Harris and her gang. This was all done to undermine Trump's tough stance on law and order.
