Hi, I am looking for a doberman that is between 6 months to a year and a half. Reason is for my boyfriend who is a veteran and has PTSD. He suffers from horrible nightmares,anxiety and balance issues.I have looked for months and of course you can find puppies of this breed everywhere but it would be a little to stressful for him to get that puppy housetrained.I have seen a couple of them for sale but by the time I inquire they are gone.We would like to send this pup to school to be trained to become a service dog for him. The doberman is a highly intelligent and loyal dog and he would love to have one not only to be of service for him but also his best friend. I am not looking for a handout by no means,just trying my best to find that perfect dobie that will help him thru those terrible times. If anyone knows of anyone or anyplace that might be able to help I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried calling adoption-rescues for these dogs but many are limited to certain counties where you can adopt from. Ears cropped and tails docked would be appreciated to.
