Good dog in need of a home

Landlord has changed pet policy and need to rehome him. Adoption records says he is a mix of Jack Russell and lab. He is 3 years old,weighs about 50lbs, up to date on vaccines ( due for rabies shot this month). He is house broke, and is honestly one of the best behaved dogs out there. He knows basic commands but will pull on the leash when he's excited. does well with kids and adults. He will chase cats, and takes a while to warm up to other dogs. I will only consider rehoming to a family or individual that owns their home.
