Landscape Maintenance Foreman We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player to lead a crew in the completion of various landscape residential maintenance accounts and projects. These duties include spring cleanup, weekly mowing, mulching, pruning, fall cleanups. Must be eager to learn, grow and teach others. Must be able to effectively and tactfully motivate and lead 2-4 team members in the completion of elite, high-end residential accounts in all aspects of the landscape management profession. Must have significant experience in all areas including lawn maintenance, proper planting techniques, horticultural pruning, spring and fall cleanups. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with clients, and co-workers. Candidates must have a valid drivers license with 3-5 years of landscape maintenance experience. Expect to work 45-55 hours a week in season in all weather conditions and be responsible for completing the mowing list by the end of the work week and possibly working Saturday’s. Must be familiar with and able to preform preventive maintenance and blade changes on machinery/ mowers. This position would start April 1 2022 or as weather allows. Room for growth
