We are an apartment community looking for a hard working individual to help with property upkeep and beautification. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Walking the property grounds and removing garbage/debris - Sidewalk and Patio Snow Removal - Cleaning or vacuuming stairwells and breezeways - Cleaning common areas such as laundry rooms - Cleaning apartments for move-ins - Assisting the maintenance staff This position has opportunity to grow and learn technical skills as it pertains to apartment maintenance, no experience is required if you are willing to learn and grow with the property.
