have 5 year old garage floor that needs to be ground smooth. floor has been roughed up with a broom when poured. size is 21 x 28. must have your own floor grinder or rent one at sunbelt on laburnum and figure rental in your price. have been told it is a 3 to 4 hour grinding job.
