REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid NM state issued ID. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have reliable transportation. Always conducts himself/herself in a professional and respectful manner. Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations. Results driven. Hand dexterity and the ability to do repetitive movement. Ability to read, interpret and adhere to documents such as Company Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Employee Communication material. Exposure to a fast pace/deadline related environment is preferred. Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks. Must be able to work in a greenhouse environment in inclement weather for up to 8 hours. The above requirements describe the general nature and level of work only.
