Lead mechanic needed for heavy equipment shop in Seattle. We have roughly 150 pieces of hydraulic equipment. Over the road equipment is typically Mack trucks powering hydraulics through PTO. Need a mechanic with good experience to work in our Seattle shop. Some days work will be typical hands on mechanic work, some days will be more of a trainer role for the other mechanics in the shop. A few road calls will happen, but majority of time will be in shop. Pay will be depending on experience, but we do pay very well. Weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, paid time off accrued through hours worked. All different types of machines to work on and problems to solve, and the freedom to think outside the box and troubleshoot.
