Wanted full-time maintenance tech needed for a new 95 unit independent senior building near Midway Airport. Duties include: cleaning, painting, maintenance, and on-call. Must be skilled in: light electrical, light plumbing, light carpentry, painting, and janitorial. Full-time position, flexible hours, and on-call required. Must have maintenance and painting experience. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, honest, and hardworking. Must pass background check and have reliable transportation. Hourly pay $16-19.
