FOUND Black Dog with Blue, Pink, and Black Collars

Description

I found this dog on 8th and Carnahan in Spokane Valley. They're very sweet and haven't been any trouble to help as of yet, but it seems they have a minor hurt leg. They do not have a chip. If I don't get a response by 12, they will be brought to SCRAPS.
