Needing a full time Lead Maintenance Technician for a 160 unit multi-family property located in Carrollton, TX. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, must be on call every other weekend. Make-ready experience, advanced knowledge of pools, plumbing, electrical, etc. HVAC Certification required. Must have knowledge of OSHA requirements with a minimum of four year experience.
