We are looking for a Skilled Construction Laborer who will be a proactive and productive member of our Brothers Building team. Key Responsibilities  Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for customers  Learn and become an expert on our products and installation techniques  Think ahead and communicate with other personnel on the jobsite  Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors  Maintain and operate company tools and vehicles in a safe manner  Keep jobsites and materials clean, safe, and damage‐free  Learn to complete all required documentation completely and accurately Skills Required  Ability to read and interpret blueprints.  Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.  Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.  Provide excellent customer service.  Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.  Ability to follow instructions and work within a team  Excellent communication skills  High attention to detail and organizational skills  Ability to problem solve  Ambition and be self‐motivated  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Minimum Experience Required  General Labor/construction 1 year License/Certification  Valid driver’s license Job Type: Full Time/Part Time Pay: $20‐$35/hour depending on skill proficiency and ability to lead crews.
