Looking for small running partner dog

Hello! I am an active lady looking for a running buddy. I have a huge yard and run almost every day, 3-5 miles, some longer runs too. I am looking for a small dog that is NOT a puppy (over 18 mos), that I can run with, and ideally put in a backpack for bike rides too. Basically I'm looking for a dog that can hang with my activity level 🙃 Must be good with kids and other dogs (I don't have any but my friends do). I have experience in dog 4H and training dogs, am financially stable, and not a first time dog owner. Let me know if you are looking to rehome a pooch like this, and are looking for the perfect person! Please no pandemic/unsocialized/never trained project puppies.
