Link Staffing is currently seeking Clinical Laboratory Scientists with level 2 and 3's to join our team immediately!!! Competitive pay, great benefits, and year-round work. These are full-time temp to hire positions with the eligibility to be hired after 90 days that includes pay incentives, as well as, a full benefits package. Pay is based on resume. Hours Include: Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 12 hour shifts 6 pm to 630 am Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 12 hour shifts 6 am to 0630 pm Or Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday – 4 days 10 hour 0600 am to 430 pm Day Shift Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday – 4 10 hour shifts from 10:00 pm – 0830 am Requirements: Performs specimen processing and testing independently to include moderate and high complexity testing Analyzes test results and assumes accountability for accuracy Understands, performs, and practices preventive maintenance on equipment Demonstrates pro-active problem solving skills to include identifying a problem and taking appropriate action Understands, performs, and practices quality control management to include running controls, evaluating data, documentation of data, and taking corrective action as required Communicates any relevant QC information to Supervisor or Manager Assures compliance with accrediting agencies Qualifications: Must be able to pass a Lifelong background check Must be able to pass a drug screen Must be able to start immediately Must have a resume We accept applications Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 3 pm.
