Four cats need rescue

Hello! A Neighbour found 3 cats guessing 5months old outside. One is blind she has no eyeballs. One only has one eye. The third is fine with eyes. They are very playful. I cant keep them due to health reasons. Fourth cat was dropped off in the neighborhood. I’ve been feeding him outside but he seems older and needs a home. We named him Eddie. He’s fixed and declawed. Seems annoyed with other pets. Someone please help!
