Midwest Maintenance Services is a parking lot sweeping and maintenance company located in the south suburbs. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented day porter/maintenance technician to oversee and clean a property in River Grove, IL. The ideal candidate would be reliable, have transportation, cell phone with picture taking capabilities, able to lift 30+ lbs and be able to handle the outdoor elements of Chicago. The duties of a day porter/maintenance technician would be to empty and reline garbage cans, blow sidewalks and islands with a provided gas power blower, report any maintenance issues, allow access for contractors, and generally oversee the property for us.
