We are a Commercial Drywall Company looking for EXPERIENCED, Framers, Hangers, Finishers and Ceiling Mechanics. Must be reliable, self starter, have leadership qualities and experience is a required! MUST have your own transportation (no exceptions).. You will be expected to be able to get to any of these jobs as required. Our jobs are all within Central Florida Orlando, villages, Melbourne, surrounding areas- sometimes we will have a job out of town which DM and gas included- Pay based on experience and capabilities, Evaluation after 90 days. Must have your own tools. Framers/Hangers= *Must be experienced steel framer and drywall hanger with the ability to read plans and do layout. *Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. *Lay out reference lines and points, compute position of framing and furring channels, and mark position. *Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall and trim. *Install horizontal and vertical studs for interior walls for attachment of gypsum panel products. *Trim rough edges from wallboard to maintain even joints. *Fit and fasten gypsum panel products into the specified position. *Install blanket insulation between studs. *Assemble and install metal framing and decorative trim for windows and doorways. *Perform daily cleanup of work area. Ceiling Mechanics= *Experience with Acoustical Ceilings *Must be able to take measurements and cut tiles according to specifications. *Work with a variety of materials (wood or metal framing). *Removal/Install grid system for installation of ceiling panels. Finishers= *Drywall finishers must be able to provide a high quality product! *Must be able to use setting compounds (5 min and 20 min). *Patch Drywall (undetectable). *Professional and always on time. *Use tapping tools. *Knowledge of how to properly sand compounds. ***Subcontractors......Please DO NOT apply!
