Hiring for FULL TIME, PART TIME AND SEASONAL. Who we are: We are a professional cleaning company that is a member of ISSA, ARSCI, and Cleaning for a Reason. We manage the housekeeping for over 300 short term Vacation Rental Homes (also known as professionally managed Airbnb homes) and coordinate with the full-service management team of these homes. We have over 25 housekeeping territories and each housekeeping contractor is assigned a specific set of homes to clean after reservations. Housekeeping contractors will work as a team with our laundry facility and quality assurance inspectors to offer our guests an extraordinary experience. About the role: Housekeeping contractors should have enough experience in housekeeping and cleaning techniques to be efficient and timely. Prospective candidates who do not have the experience will receive training to hospitality standards and company protocols. What you'll do: Manage Houses within territory to meet the timelines of the cleaning schedule Transport linen between home and central laundry facility. Work with the Laundry Manager to receive linens and cleaning supplies. Clean each home to a five-star standard. Participate in meetings, training, and continuing education. Show pride in workmanship and guest satisfaction Be on time and complete the daily schedule Learn and follow the training techniques, staging, and security protocols Become efficient in application Property Care and cell phone technology Create Work Orders in properties of items that need to be addressed by other departments. Possess good communication skills with professional attitude and family culture. Possess team player attitude and self-motivated mindset. Drive-in all-season mountain weather conditions. Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Our ideal candidate: Education and Experience Direct experience cleaning in a hospitality or public environment. Preferred experience in the Vacation Rental Industry in any capacity. Experience in "In home healthcare" will count as public environment for this purpose Experience in personal/ team time management. Experience cell phone applications and technology. Experience working with leadership teams Experience driving in all weather conditions is recommended. Skills and abilities: Clean homes to a five-star rating standard Comply with the cleaning model set in the COM (Company Operating Manual) Manage all homes within set territory to meet the schedule timelines. Work with all other departments in collaboration with company goals. Drive to each home to complete the cleans Physically able to carry the canastas (linen bags) and all cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to meet schedules of back-to-back reservations. Communicate verbally and by text in application platforms Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive in snow conditions Must have the ability to commute or relocate if necessary, to the Big Bear area Commutable areas are : San Bernardino area, High Desert and Barstow. What We Offer: Salary: Piece rate (per home) pay average efficient housekeeper earns $22-$25 an hour plus 5 star bonuses. Mileage reimbursement if you are driving more than 10 miles to Big Bear. Mileage reimbursement for daily driving.
