Sprinkler valve arm repair/weld

My shut-off valve for the sprinkler system has a broken shut-off arm. Valve works with pliers but it's complex and tricky to replace the value. Hoping someone has the skill to attach/weld/whatever? a new arm so we can turn this on and off twice per year.
