Role: Maintenance/Janitorial Responsible for maintaining the grounds, park building and park facilities (pool, restrooms, clubhouse, storage areas in a clean, safe, and first-class manner. Reports to ON-SITE MANAGER Requirements and Capabilities • Perform various maintenance/Janitorial tasks • Identify maintenance issues, or areas of park improvement • Communication – English (Spanish a plus) • Must have California Driver’s License • Writing Skills - Maintain logs and maintenance logs Primary Responsibilities: ENTIRE MOBILE PARK MAINTENANCE DAILY Daily pick up all trash in streets and walkways from the entire community Pool deck, Patio area, Bluff area, Recreational room, and two Bathrooms, Laundry room#1, bathroom#1, Laundry room#2, and bathroom #2, and community streets. Daily maintenance of the swimming pool deck of any trash or debris, weeding, watering the plants, and gardening as needed. clean and disinfect toilets and showers wet mop floors, sweep, daily refill hand soap dispenser, toilet paper, hand towels, and hand sanitizer. Clean community bathrooms, laundry room, Time: • 8 hours a day / 5 days a week • Additional time for specific projects (TBD) Compensation: • 15-17 an hour depending upon experience. • No medical insurance provided
