Small Property Management Company seeking a full time maintenance technician to handle general apartment maintenance. Duties include light plumbing, electrical, general repairs and unit turns. Most buildings are located in the Downey area. Requirements: Three + years of apartment maintenance experience, good knowledge of plumbing and general maintenance, able to communicate in English, have your own tools and transportation, be available as needed, willing to work hard, a detailed team player.
