Currently seeking experienced Painters/Turn Techs & Maintenance Techs for a Property Management Company based in the San Fernando Valley. Multiple temp - to - hire positions available starting as soon as possible. Get your foot in the door to your next position with a successful staffing agency,US! Previous experience in the Apartment Industry is a PLUS, but welcome those from other trades to also apply. Turn Techs/Painter responsibilities include but not limited to: • Unit preparation to include removal of remaining items, drywall repair, paint/wallpaper, minor plumbing and electrical repairs (basic), etc. • Work with vendors as needed • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers • Provide exceptional customer service • Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company utilized software - Experience with Yardi a PLUS! • Install ceiling fans, light switches/electrical outlets • Painting work that includes a wide variety of skilled interior and exterior painting tasks on buildings, equipment, furniture, signs, and other structures • Paint vacated/occupied apartments & models • Successfully complete vacant unit turns in a timely manner. Maintenance Technician responsibilities include but not limited to: • Performing general maintenance tasks including work orders/unit turns, maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, amenities, and other common areas. • Perform maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision and/or direction from the Maintenance Supervisor. • Make repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances • Follow daily maintenance checklists, ensure tools and supplies are stocked and appropriately secured in maintenance store rooms; maintains cleanliness and order of store rooms • Respond to service requests and complete them in a timely manner • Preventive maintenance • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers & provide excellent customer servic SKILLED Plumber and skills wanted • Able to diagnose leaks of an unknown source Qualified applicants, please submit your resume and contact information.
