Join us for a 3-day and 2-night trip on Mackinac Island! Junior Troop 76346 trip to Mackinac Island. The girls can come on their own (Kate, Jade and Elise are attending) or with a parent. Sibling scouts are welcome. Overnight accommodations at the Murray Hotel on Main St on Mackinac Island (occupancy will follow GSUSA Volunteer Essentials requirements and likely be 3-4 people per room) Included in the costs: - Daily breakfast buffet at the Murray Hotel - Star Line Ferry Transfers from Mackinaw City - Luggage Transfers - Murray Hotel has a rooftop hot tub and sun deck - Island Carriage Tour - Fort & Historic Building Tickets (self-guided) - Butterfly House - Morning Girl Scout Horseshoe and flag-raising on the Island - Scout Barracks Tour by girls from our council - High Tea at the Grand Hotel - Murray Hotel Girl Scout Patch -Girl Scout Event Insurance (required because non-registered family will be traveling $3 per attendee). Not included - Dinner Thursday, Light lunch Friday (tea is included in afternoon), Dinner friday and any shopping Parking options available directly from the Star Line Ferry Company at the dock Approximately 60 spaces are available Costs: $280.00 per adult total cost/ $103 deposit due no later than 1/31/21 $255.00 per scout/sibling total cost. Only $60 deposit due no later than 1/31/21 required of each Girl Scout Troop 76346 (remainder will be covered by the troop as long as girl has sold 200 boxes of cookies AND/OR worked three cookie booths- if not troop will pay a percentage) $255.00 per child/sibling total cost/ $103 deposit due no later than 1/31/21 Price increases from 2020 reflect 2021 pricing from Mackinac Island. Transportation: Everyone is responsible for their own transportation to the Star Line Ferry Dock in Mackinaw City; parking choices range free secured self-park to valet. Registration is open.
