Aspiring vocalist looking to join or start an alt rock/grunge band

Hello guys, I'm a 20 year old vocalist from Houston, TX, near the Fort Bend County area. I'm looking to join/ start an alternative rock band that incorporates a modern grunge sound into their music. If I can name any bands as examples, it would be: bands like Narrow Head, Superheaven, and Soul Blind: all great alt-rock bands that produce a modern grunge sound. While I prefer our band to be in person, I don't mind joining online or having online members, either. I would also prefer to work with people in my age range, so that woud be from 20-25 years of age.
