Female Looking for a tattoo artist that can give me some tattoos to cover self harm scars all over my arms. This will also help to prevent from any further scars. Looking for reasonable prices since I will need both arms done. Already have some tattoos on them. Must be working at a shop to confirm everything is clean and done properly.
